With over 30 years in the tech sector in various roles and industries, one thing that I have remained passionate about is helping people with their technical issues.
With my background in IT Service, Technical Support, Cybersecurity, Software Quality Assurance and Development, I have a lot of experience with many generations of software and hardware that can be tapped into for quick resolutions to technical problems.
One of the predominant customers I have helped over the years are senior citizens. The senior population base is growing, and the technology just keeps accelerating all around us. How to help navigate people through these constant changes? Starting this company is my answer.
